Passion to Progress is dedicated to helping others utilize their fire to create profound progress towards a more equitable education system. The vehicle for this movement is research, policy, and practice in empowering teacher workforce policy and the integration of public health practices in our public education system.

Our Passion Projects

Policy
Brokerage

Academic research is not designed to be easily interpreted and digestible by the average citizen. In research and policy, brokers increase the capacity of larger organizations to understand and utilize academic research to create sustainable, effective policies and practices.

Research & Policy Analysis

Research provides a systemic pathway to analyze and understand problems, while policy analysis involves detailed evaluation of options to determine the best ways to solve a problem. When combined, these two practices create evidence-based and high-leverage solutions to organizational issues.

Consulting & Coaching

With specific experience in instructional coaching and a background in education, Jessica Nadzam is able to effectively transfer skills and information to clients through one-on-one coaching programs or large-group training seminars. Through engaging content, relevant feedback, and authentic relationships, Jessica creates exciting spaces to learn and reflect.

Program Evaluation

New programs and initiatives are key to solving problems, but they should always be done with clear goals, sustainable strategies, and carefully-measured outcomes. Passion to Progress is an experienced provider of program evaluation services for large-scale projects through careful data collection (via surveys, focus groups, and interviews) as well as data analysis, report writing, and presentations.
